Why trust us?
Before the measuring begins it is clear what data is collected, who will see it and what the result will look like. Every claim here carries its context, its period, its source and its limit.
Companies that take their business seriously
Work on the report carries on after it is generated: you get a system for choosing what to actually do.
We come back and measure again by the same logic, so the change is visible.
You come in from a real management situation.
When an instrument is anonymous, it was designed that way from the start.
Whatever we do together stays between us, and you stay in control of your data.
Measuring is where the change starts
A diagnostic gives you a number. The movement comes after it, so our products carry on past the report: depending on the instrument you get questions, priorities or management moves. A result starts working the moment it points at what to do differently.
We come back and measure again
Once enough time has passed for real practice, we measure again by the same logic and compare. That shows what changed and what stayed the same. A method that refuses to be checked twice is asking you to take its word for it.
The methodology stays our problem
You come in from a real management situation. At every point you see as much as the next decision needs. Recognition, choice, diagnostic, result: four steps, each of which stands on its own and makes sense before you have read a page of the methodology.
Access
Access depends on the instrument, on the role and on what you agreed. Each diagnostic carries its own rules. You decide who inside your company sees what, and each user reaches only the data of their own organisation and only the role you gave them.
Anonymity
Anonymity is designed in before the first question. When an instrument is attributed, every participant knows in advance what will be visible and to whom. The two states stay apart.
Confidentiality
Conversations, data and conclusions stay between us.
The approach is published
Yavor Aleksiev develops loyalty as a designed two-way system in a book with an English edition from 2025 and a Bulgarian one from 2026. The published book carries an author, a date and an edition, and the reader reaches it on their own.
Your data is stored securely inside the EU.
Every client gets a separate database.
Reaching the admin panel takes several independent checks, beyond the password.
Every action on your data leaves a trace of who did what, and when.
We regularly test our own security with external penetration tests.
Data governance
Your data is stored inside the EU and stays there. Every client gets a separate database, so two companies keep their data apart.
Device security
Company computers reach your data only through a guarded entrance that checks who is behind the device.
Employee access
Everyone on the team signs in with a single central identity and sees only what their job requires. Every action on client data carries a name, a time and what changed.
Security culture and training
New colleagues are taken through our privacy and security rules before they are given any access. The rules themselves get reviewed every time something substantial in the system changes.
Product security
Every change goes through review by another person before it reaches you.
We regularly invite outside specialists to try to break into our system. The most recent such check was in November 2025.
API security
Only our own interfaces face outward, and access to the system goes through them. Everything that connects the parts of Artapava is ours and stays off the public internet.
Where the data lives
All of our infrastructure sits inside the European Union. We maintain and update it on a regular schedule, not when something breaks.
