Yavor Aleksiev is dedicated to combining strategic clarity with actionable solutions. A distinguished alumnus of the Virginia Military Institute, Yavor earned his Bachelor’s in International Studies and Political Science, supplemented by a Quadruple Minor in Economics, Leadership Studies, National Security, and History. Yavor was instrumental in securing the first-ever military debate team victory against the U.S. Federal Academies.
Dedicated to enhancing organizational decision-making, Yavor earned his Master's degree with highest honors in Behavioral Economics from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. His thesis introduced a structured approach to improving clarity and objectivity within organizational decision-making processes through a step-by-step model.
As the author of Loyalty By Design and creator of the theoretical-practical concept of Loyalty Quotient to Loyalty®, Yavor applies targeted, strategic consulting across various sectors including logistics and distribution, B2B, B2C, and online sales, manufacturing, defence, cybersecurity and IT, road construction, investment construction and real estate, online casinos etc. His professional practice, guided by his father’s mentorship, remains focused on delivering measurable, strategic outcomes for businesses and individuals alike.

Ivaylo spearheaded early applications of AI in organizational assessment and talent development, significantly enhancing leadership selection and management practices at Bulgaria's National Military Academy.
