Structure Made Measurable
We make the invisible structure inside organizations measurable so that the results it produces become predictable.
There is one thing all of us strive for. Results!
Results that endure. Results that grow.
Every founder, every executive, every leader ultimately measures their work against outcomes. Revenue. Profit. Growth. Stability. Reputation. The numbers tell a story.
Sometimes that story is ordinary. Sometimes it is not.
These shifts were not driven by intensity.
They were driven by structure.
Structure begins long before results appear
And structure begins long before results appear on a balance sheet.
Long before numbers change, something else has already taken shape inside the organization. Alignment has either strengthened or weakened. Decisions have either clarified direction or blurred it. Conversations have either sharpened understanding or quietly distorted it.
Results are visible. The system that produces them rarely is.
Over time, every system drifts. Thermodynamics describes it as entropy: structure loosens, coherence disperses, and energy diffuses unless it is deliberately renewed. Organizations follow the same pattern. The change rarely arrives dramatically. It unfolds gradually — as synchronization becomes assumed rather than examined, leadership maturity is overestimated, feedback circulates while meaning fragments, and effort increases while predictability declines.
There is a rhythm to this movement, but it is not progress. It is motion, not action.
Most companies do not decline because of a single catastrophic mistake. They drift because small distortions remain unmeasured and unaddressed.

structural imaging
In business today, many tools function like litmus tests. They signal surface conditions. They indicate engagement levels, satisfaction scores, performance ratings. Litmus tests have value. They reveal that something is present.
But they do not reveal structure.
For more than three decades, we have worked across more than forty-five industries, refining these models in environments where performance carries consequence. The science grounds the system and practical application sharpens it. That work evolved into proprietary conceptual models supported by calibrated measurement instruments.
In a world filled with short-term indicators, our instruments function as MRIs. They illuminate what shapes performance beneath the surface.
Four models.
One principle.
Across all instruments, the principle remains consistent: symptoms fluctuate, root causes determine trajectory. We examine structure.
Team Intelligence Model
Maps the cyclical nature of team development. Teams form, stabilize, reach a peak, and then face a choice: evolve or decline. The cycle repeats. Without structural awareness, temporary success is mistaken for permanent alignment. TIM reveals where coordination accelerates performance and where subtle friction prepares the ground for erosion.

Leadership Self-Awareness
Functions as an MRI of the organization itself. It reveals accelerators that compound momentum, stoppers that slow it, and the hidden taxes paid daily through time, energy, nerves, and repeated work. These taxes do not appear on the balance sheet. They accumulate quietly through behavioral and thought models repeated hundreds of times.

Loyalty Quotient to Loyalty
Examines leadership as a system expressed across responsibility levels. It narrows the space between how leaders perceive themselves and how they are experienced by others. As that space narrows, maturity deepens, decisions gain weight, and execution gains precision.

Feedback Reflection Mastery
Brings structural clarity to communication and predictability. Designed to address a gap long overlooked: the absence of a measurement model that evaluates and improves both giving and receiving feedback as one coherent process. When feedback becomes measurable, misunderstanding loses ground and dialogue gains precision.
Learn moreWhen structure becomes visible
When structure becomes visible, improvement ceases to be accidental. Recommendations are grounded. Actions compound. Sustainable results follow.
This level of clarity does not attract everyone. Some organizations move comfortably on intuition and momentum. Others carry consequence that demands deeper examination.
Entropy continues regardless.
The difference lies in whether structure is renewed systemically or allowed to disperse quietly.
Results are what we all strive for.
Structure is what sustains them.

About the Diagnostic Process & Data Handling
The timeline for measurable improvements can vary. However, many of our clients begin implementing changes within the same month as receiving their report, with tangible results appearing shortly thereafter. Ultimately, the speed of improvement depends on the organization’s commitment to open dialogue and prompt action based on the insights provided.
The tools are developed by The Aleksiev Group under the leadership of Ivaylo Aleksiev PhD, whose distinguished career spans roles as an ex-army major, deputy-chief at the Institute for Scientific Research and Innovation at Vasil Levski National Military University (Bulgaria), and lead psychologist for the first Bulgarian battalion in Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003). With over 16,000 assessments conducted and an implementation of a new selection model for young leaders and a psychological provision system through the development of AI-based system for data evaluation, selection, and management with his team in 2005, his work underscores the rigor and reliability of our tools. In the business field he has a proven track record of improving business efficiency by 10–350% across 93+ companies.
Yes, we provide customizable communication templates and best practice guidelines to help you introduce the diagnostics smoothly. It is available to all users after purchasing a product.
We offer ongoing support through multiple channels. A chatbot is in development for immediate assistance with common inquiries, and our team is available via email, online meetings, or phone as needed. We continuously enhance our products—currently, our Leadership Self-Awareness is in version 3.0, Loyalty Quotient to Loyalty is soon to be in version 5.0, and the Team Intelligence Model in version 4.0. Once a new version is tested and approved, it automatically replaces the previous edition.
Our tools have been successfully implemented across more than 45 industries—including banking, healthcare, technology, telecommunications, defense, investment, manufacturing, transportation, construction, and engineering—demonstrating our broad expertise and adaptability.
Survey completion times vary by diagnostic product, typically taking between 20 and 45 minutes. This allows for in-depth responses without compromising the participant experience.
Our solution is exclusively designed for B2B clients. During registration, you will be asked to provide your company’s contact details. Once registered, you’ll have full access to pricing and further product details. Each purchase includes full access to our diagnostic tools, support services, and all updates.
The Aleksiev Group, the company behind Artapava, is fully committed to safeguarding your team’s privacy. Our platform complies with the EU’s GDPR and all relevant data protection regulations. All personal data is anonymized and securely stored using top-tier services (including Cloudflare for enhanced security) per our internal policies. We never share raw data with third parties or our clients—only the reports are provided.
Our data is collected via the Artapava app and secure survey links sent directly to participants’ emails. The questionnaires are then analyzed using our proprietary methodology—a process honed over 30 years of research and practice. Once the required number of submissions is reached for a given diagnostic product, the account administrator can generate a comprehensive report with a single click. The report is created in 20 to 60 seconds and is available for download as a PDF.
Registration Process
Yes. You can add multiple teams and individual participants under a single account. For larger organizations, it is also possible to create multiple accounts—for different regions, departments, or teams—to better manage the diagnostics process.

Report Generation and Delivery
- The Team Intelligence Model is recommended to be taken every 6 months.
- The Loyalty Quotient to Loyalty should be taken 2 times the first year, and after that every 12 months depending on the job and the circumstances. Some companies and organizations use it more regularly due to the handling of sensitive data and the nature of their work.
- The Leadership Self-Awareness should be conducted every 6-12 months depending on individual development goals and organizational change initiatives.
