This Privacy Policy for the use of the Artapava web application by The Aleksiev Group govern the use of paid services provided to Users by the Platform Provider – " The Aleksiev Group " Ltd., UIC BG201292292 (refer to Terms and Conditions published on artapava.com).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. DATA COLLECTION
Retention of Data
The Aleksiev Group will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Anonymized raw data is collected from the assessment for research purposes and improvements of the diagnostic products available on artapava.com

Access to Your Assessment Results From A Registered User Account
A registered user may purchase a diagnostic to an Artapava questionnaire. Please note that when participating in a questionnaire, your final score in a report form, if not stated to be anonymized, will also be accessible to the registered user who purchased the Artapava license. The data accessible to that account holder may include your name and your score, if not anonymous, but will not include your specific answers to individual questions within the questionnaire. In addition, the account holder cannot modify, alter or delete any of your scores.
Treatment of Personal Data that Users Send Through Surveys
The Aleksiev Group, as responsible for the development and maintenance of the Artapava web application, has deployed different technical and organizational mechanisms that guarantee the anonymity of the people who participate in the “anonymous” questionnaires that your organization launches.
In the case of “anonymous” questionnaire, it is not possible to trace any assessment, and relate it directly to the user who carried it out. Likewise, it is not possible to relate the information on the different indicators (organization metrics) with the details of the evaluations made by users through questionnaires.
GENERAL INFORMATION ON COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF INFORMATION
Correcting/Changing/Deleting User Information and Preferences
If you have given your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) 1 lit. a) GDPR to receiving email communications from Artapava but wish to withdraw your consent and discontinue this service, you may do so at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the footer of our emails or by contacting us. If processing personal data is required to fulfill a contract in which the data subject is involved—for example, when such processing is necessary to deliver goods or provide any other service or compensation—it shall be based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
You also have the option at all times to have your User Account deleted from the Artapava website or to request a revision of your user information at any time. To do so, please contact us.
Transmission to Third Countries and Third Parties
When processing data in a third country (i.e., outside the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA)), or when using third-party services or disclosing or transferring data to other persons, organizations, or companies, such processing is carried out in accordance with legal requirements.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
