Our data is collected via the Artapava app and secure survey links sent directly to participants’ emails. The questionnaires are then analyzed using our proprietary methodology—a process honed over 30 years of research and practice. Once the required number of submissions is reached for a given diagnostic product, the account administrator can generate a comprehensive report with a single click. The report is created in 20 to 60 seconds and is available for download as a PDF.

The Aleksiev Group, the company behind Artapava, is fully committed to safeguarding your team’s privacy. Our platform complies with the EU’s GDPR and all relevant data protection regulations. All personal data is anonymized and securely stored using top-tier services (including Cloudflare for enhanced security) per our internal policies. We never share raw data with third parties or our clients—only the reports are provided.

Our solution is exclusively designed for B2B clients. During registration, you will be asked to provide your company’s contact details. Once registered, you’ll have full access to pricing and further product details. Each purchase includes full access to our diagnostic tools, support services, and all updates.

Survey completion times vary by diagnostic product, typically taking between 20 and 45 minutes. This allows for in-depth responses without compromising the participant experience.

Our reports are designed to be self-explanatory, with clear definitions for each indicator and a built-in framework for initiating internal discussions and improvement plans. Once registered, you can add teams or individual participants and purchase licenses for as many diagnostic products as needed. All participant emails are securely stored in your account database, with the option to manage or delete them as desired.

Yes. You can add multiple teams and individual participants under a single account. For larger organizations, it is also possible to create multiple accounts—for different regions, departments, or teams—to better manage the diagnostics process.

 

 

Process Start

 

We accept payments via major credit cards and wire transfers. Our platform integrates with Stripe for secure and seamless payment processing.

Once your payment is successfully processed, an invoice is automatically generated and sent to your registered email address via Stripe. You can also access your invoices directly through your account dashboard.

Yes. If a purchased license remains unused, we offer a full refund upon request.

 

Sending Emails and Invitations

 

The account administrator enters the participants’ email addresses, and our system automatically sends a secure diagnostic link to each one. We recommend checking spam or junk folders if the invitation isn’t immediately visible. Additionally, the dashboard displays real-time statuses—including when invitations are sent, received, and when the questionnaire is completed.

Customizing invitation messages is on our development roadmap. We recognize the importance of personalized communication and plan to offer this feature in an upcoming release.

Yes, our diagnostic assessments are fully responsive and can be completed on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

Yes. Reminder emails are automatically sent to participants who have not yet completed the assessment, typically 48 hours before the submission deadline.

We use industry-standard encryption for all data transfers and store information in secure, regularly updated servers. In addition, our system benefits from comprehensive access controls and continuous monitoring to ensure your data remains safe from unauthorized access or breaches. Data is retained for two years, in compliance with our data protection policies. Should you wish to have your data deleted sooner, we can accommodate deletion requests as per your requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Yes. We conduct monthly security audits to proactively identify and address vulnerabilities.

Routine system maintenance and updates are performed regularly to guarantee optimal performance and security. All account holders with active diagnostic products receive advance notifications via email and platform messages detailing the scheduled maintenance or updates.

Our diagnostic tools have been developed over several decades and are grounded in a blend of rigorous scientific research, time-honored ancient practices, and best business methodologies. For example, the Loyalty-to-Loyalty Quotient was initially launched in 2017 as version 1.0, with version 5.0 scheduled for release in spring 2025. All tools have been tested through longitudinal studies in multiple industries and during their tests, we have received direct feedback from companies in which we have tested them. The first studies for some of the products were done in military and combat settings, while most recent ones in business settings. An action plan blueprint is provided within the report. We are also actively developing dynamic recommendation features that will provide even more personalized insights in future updates.

Absolutely. When generating a report, you can choose from English, Bulgarian, or Arabic. Both the survey questions and the final report will be displayed in your selected language. We are in the process of validating additional language versions, which will be available on our platform shortly.

Best practises our recommended assessment frequency varies by diagnostic tool:

  • The Team Intelligence Model is recommended to be taken every 6 months.
  • The Loyalty Quotient to Loyalty should be taken 2 times the first year, and after that every 12 months depending on the job and the circumstances. Some companies and organizations use it more regularly due to the handling of sensitive data and the nature of their work.
  • The Leadership Self-Awareness should be conducted every 6-12 months depending on individual development goals and organizational change initiatives.
